TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST (PROJECT BASED)
The Technical Business Analyst (Project Based) is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. This role involves evaluating existing systems, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring seamless integration between business needs and technology solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical documentation and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and translate business requirements into a functional specification document.
Evaluate current systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
Document system integrations and interoperability.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Participate in project meetings and discussions to provide insights and support decision-making.
Develop system user manuals and user guides.
Collaborate with the development team to create technical documentation for web and/or mobile applications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of production issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Act as the custodian of all application development documents, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD), technical documentation, and user manuals.
Perform other job or project-related duties as assigned by the Group Lead.
Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems analysis and design.
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong understanding of databases, including NoSQL and RDBMS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX visualization.
Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency in creating process flows using available tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to provide system training and support for end users.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Ability to provide technical guidance and expertise in assigned projects.
Ability to commit to a 6-month project employment period.
Willing to work onsite on a day shift.
Willing to start work immediately.
